For over 14 years, I have been working in the commercial real estate industry, helping businesses make one of their most important decisions — finding the right place to grow and operate their business.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work closely with organisations across diverse industries, understanding their unique business requirements and assisting them with office expansions, relocations, consolidations and new office setups.

My approach has always been simple — real estate is not just about finding a property; it is about finding the right solution for the business.

From understanding the client’s requirement and identifying the right opportunities, to site evaluations, commercial negotiations and transaction closure, I have been involved across the entire leasing lifecycle. My experience has given me a strong understanding of market dynamics, commercial structures, landlord expectations and, most importantly, what businesses need from their workplace.

After more than a decade of working in the industry and building relationships across the commercial real estate ecosystem, I have finally decided to take the entrepreneurial leap and start our own venture, Altius CRE as a Co-Founder.

The vision is to create a platform that combines experience, market intelligence, strong relationships and a genuinely client-first approach to deliver solutions that create long-term value.
